Hello,

with only two thick black bars on the tail, largely pale cheeks boarded by a long moustache, boldly dotted underwing and rusty-orange underparts, its a male Common or Lesser Kestrel.

They are extremly similar you know, there are many threads about this tricky pair here and elswhere.
Bold Pattern on underwing and large moustache excludes an adult male Lesser Kestrel, but immature Males are more difficult.
If forced I would opt for a Common Kestrel, but better wait for Tom and others
