Identification
18–19 cm (7-7½ in)
- Long white supercilium
- Small white patch below eye
- Dusky lores
- Brownish-grey crown
Distribution
South America: found in Páramo of Peru and western Bolivia (La Paz to Cochabamba).
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Formerly treated as subspecies of Plain-capped Ground Tyrant.

Diet
Their diet consists almost entirely of insects. They forage by short runs and hops.
