Distribution
South America: found in the rainforests of Pacific slope of Western Andes of Colombia (and probably into north-western Ecuador).
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
Primary cloud-forest.
Behaviour
The diet includes invertebrates.
