Genus: Coccycolius

Description

If accepted, this genus would contain only one species, the Emerald Starling from Africa.
It has a distinctive brilliant emerald-green plumage.

Taxonomy

Coccycolius is a genus in the family Sturnidae.
It is usually merged in Lamprotornis.
