- Darj brownish-grey upperparts
- Sooty barred, brown flanks
Distribution
South America: found in the Santa Marta Mountains of north-eastern Colombia and Venezuela.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Habitat
They are found in dense thickets and the undergrowth of humid forests at heights around 2000–3660 m.
Behaviour
Diet
Little has been recorded; however, observations show that they search the leaf litter, presumably for arthropods.
