Distribution
South America: found in Venezuela, Guyanas, Suriname, Brazil
Taxonomy
This is a polytypic species[1] consisting of 2 subspecies.

Habitat
Moist lowland forests; dense, viny understorey of humid forest particularly near rivers or, near the coast, in mangroves.
Behaviour
The diet includes insects.
