Identification

12 cm

  • Olive-green upperparts
  • Faint grey in centre of crown
  • Narrow, buff eye-ring and supraloral stripe
  • Short, creamy postocular eyebrow
  • Whitish-yellow throat and breast
  • Pale yellow centre of belly with olive sides
  • Two yellowish wing-bars
  • Greenish fringes to flight feathers

South America: Montane forests of southeastern Brazil (southern Bahia near Boa Nova)
