17–18 cm

  • Olive-brown plumage
  • Short wings
  • Long, narrow, graduated tail

Distribution

African Islands: found only in Comoros and Mayotte

Taxonomy

This is a monotypic species[1].

This taxon is considered a subspecies of Malagasy Brush Warbler by some authors[3]

Behaviour

Diet

Their main diet consists of insects which are gleaned from the leaves of low-growing shrubs.
