Nice wander round the village fields, 4 Yellowhammers, a lot of singing Skylarks, a female Reed Bunting, Wren, Chaffinch and six rather late on parade Fieldfares(though the rivers and lakes in Finland are only just melting, so perhaps they aren't so late). Pheasant calling in the distance, Rookery in full voice and the Greenfinches seem to be back in the village in some numbers.
