    Kingfishers

    Pair of Kingfishers at Edgbaston reservoir today. Seen flying low across the water twice, one seen fishing.

    A quick stroll along the Bourne Brooke at lunchtime provided Kingfisher, Reed Bunting, GS Woodpecker, Goldcrest and a pair of Grey Wagtails. Not bad!

    Dipped on the Dipper this morning, but I was on site pretty early and it was still dark. Cool location though I will definitely be back!

    Had excellent views of a Kingfisher at Sandwell Valley today, from no further than 10 meters. It was busy head-bobbing for a good ten minutes, best views I have had of it at said location.
