    I think this is the only Empidonax that frequents my location, and they lumped the Pacific-slope with the Cordilleran, which makes my job easier 😃 I heard this bird's short whistle, and I waited for a moment. Luckily, it landed about 4 meters away at eye level, with no branches in the way!
