    Why would a bird sit on dead birds?

    Hello - I noticed today that a bird made a nest on my patio furniture. Isn't this a weird spot as any animal can get to it? When the bird flew away, I saw two birds under it. They do not look like baby birds, and they appear to be dead. I'm not at all familiar with birds or there behavior...
