    You are quite correct Stuart,the Valle de Ojen road is NOT open to traffic and only authorised vehicles can use it. The Guardia Civil have instructions to prosecute drivers who use it......Eddy

    Stuart the Benalup to Facinas road is not passable in a car for it´s whole length and is only just passable in a 4x4.The Facinas end is bad for the first 3 km.......Eddy

    Sumsung Digiscope adaptor

    I have one for my Galaxy 4 bought at the birdfair two years ago.They were seliing them on a binocular stand but I cannot remember which.Not cheap but works perfectly with the scope,so you have to buy one that fits the phone and is for your scope.I use it a lot for reading bird rings......Eddy.

    Old Zeiss 85t fl, 20-75x for 1200€?

    I have had the Diascope for over two years now and I cannot fault it.This is a very good price but you need to examine all telescopes before purchase.My only comment is that after looking through the HT binoculars I have,it is not as bright an image......Eddy

    Using a tripod and scope in the car?

    I use a mono pod wedged between the drivers door and seat and together with a beanie bag on the window or door it makes for a firm platform.My angled scope is turnable which helps with the height.......Eddy
