    You can type: 'convert xxx to .wav', and you should arrive at one of the free online file converters. I've tried attaching .wav files to posts here, and it should work provided that it's not overly long (which it probably won't be).

    Ticks are a problem here as well, which is why I avoid walking through grass (which means pretty much ditching some paths when it's late enough in the season), which is good because it also gives birds privacy at a time when they most need it and it pushes me to expand into neighbouring areas...

    Got Corncrake yesterday and Great Reed Warbler today, within some 2 km from home, but couldn't be bothered to properly greenlist them.

    I love the eye, the pose, the composition and how close you managed to get to it. I also like how the bright greenish background matches the yellowish hues on this cute little bird.

    Great job photographing it without disturbance! I like the way its tiny head peeks out from among the rubble of concolorous rocks. The orange and blue splodges and the blurred bokeh make it look like a watercolour against the background of parchment paper.

    Love the white throat, the head tilt, and how fast the Kingfisher clings to the rock: looks almost like a sculpture carved out of it and coloured.
