This taxon is found in Pakistan, northern India, Nepal, China, Myanmar, and northern Thailand.
Taxonomy
This is one of six species that used to be considered one under the name of Golden-spectacled Warbler. After the split, the other five are Golden-spectacled Warbler, Grey-crowned Warbler, Plain-tailed Warbler, Martens's Warbler, and Bianchi's Warbler.
Whistler's Warbler has two subspecies, the nominate and nemoralis.
Habitat
Moist montanes.
