Habitat
Lowland rainforests.
Behaviour
It nests in a ground scrape which it lines with leaves, hidden under leaf litter. 5-6 white eggs are laid and are incubated for 18 days.
The diet includes invertebrates, seeds and fruit.

Song: whistled si-ul.
