- Otus sagittatus
Identification
27-29 cm. Dark rufous or rufous-chestnut upperside, broad white forehead-patch and eyebrows, extending to ear-tufts, underparts have dark vermiculations, white markings and dark spots. Bluish-white bill, dark brown iris.
Distribution
Myanmar to Malaysia along the peninsula

Habitat
Lowland evergreen or mixed deciduous forests.
