Hi

Are there any good bird sites around Worksop? I am aware of Clumber and Sherwood, but I'm sure there must be some other, smaller sites that are as good.

Many thanks

If you go north there's Langold Lake and Carlton-in-Lindrick. The latter has a nice churchyard, which attracts migrants in the right conditions.

Welbeck Raptor Watchpoint (summer, scope needed), Rufford Country Park (winter), Budby Common/Budby Pump Station (summer), Lound GP's (Idle Valley Nature Reserve) all year round, with good website and recent sightings.
