Victoria Australia - cheeky challenge (1 Viewer)

This bird was seen foraging around tree trunks on Kennett River, along the Great Ocean Road and disappeared before I could get a full picture. However it was about Sparrow size and the tail looks distinctive so maybe someone can ID it.

You can just about make out the white alula of a White-browed Scrubwren, but the colours of what else we can see and the description of the behavior check out too.
