If we talk about the second world war I doubt a birth 1902 as she wouldn't be a child at that time.

Also, Leonid Portenko was born in 1896, which is not exactly compatible with having had a daughter in 1902.

On the last page of this (which appears to be some kind of 'official journal' from the northern municipal district of St-Petersburg -- local news mixed with politically oriented stuff), an Элеонора Леонидовна Портенко (Eleonora Leonidovna Portenko) is listed as having reached the age of 85 in Sep 2017.
If this is her, this would mean born in Sep 1932, five years before the description of Uria lomvia eleonorae.
