Hi, I recently returned from my first time to Canada and Vancouver Island and wanted to know if these are all California Gulls please. Thanks

IMO most of them don't look like California Gull.
#1 looks big (proportionally small eyes, large bill) and doesn't seem to have black wing-tips, probably Glaucous-winged or something in that direction. Hard to say from that angle and in that light IMO.
#2 looks more fitting in terms of pattern and leg colour, although the bill looks rather large.
The birds in #4 all have pink legs, which at least in adults should count against California Gull. Hopefully one of the local gull experts will be here soon.
