Another Iberian chiffchaff, Mauritania? (1 Viewer)

BirdingRob

Brit abroad
Seen near Nouadhibou on the border with western Sahara yesterday morning.

Is this another Iberian chiffchaff? The first two pictures are true to colour. The last one was taken by my friend who has a more basic camera but it does show the tail dipping (a feature of both chiffchaff anf Iberian chiffchaff but not willow warbler as I understand it) which we observed.

All help gratefully received as ever.

Rob

I think with those legs it has to be a Willow Warbler. I think the tail dipping traits are really just a guideline if they do it a lot because WW definitely does do it a little bit.
