This one from the lower parts of Lauca NP. At the time of observation I also considered Canyon C, but now say 99% Cordilleran?

Cordilleran Canastero is what this is, the Canyon is much longer tailed and more evenly rufous above and on tail. Canyon gets to Putre, no farther up in elevation. Cheers, Alvaro.
