    Blithfield Work Just read that there are habitat improvements being carried out at Blithers. Anyone got any details or photos info. Its always nice to see wetlands being improved. :t:John

    Richard no need to confront them. You have a camera take a photo of them (from a distance) and contact the police yourself. Sometimes lads you have to stand up for what you believe in, I am not saying knock em out, but don't turn a blind eye.

    Hi Nick We automatically assumed they would go off to the south west in autumn. But they left much earlier than normal maybe as a result of fox disturbance at the Flashes. Mind you saying that it might be a relief to passage waders as they are a bit feisty. Certainly they seem to do the rounds...

    Hi Steve we had 10 Avocets at upton on Sunday (same day as the red necked phal by the way8-P) There were 3 today, we also had 3 juvs fledged this year, so they could be our birds. B (:John

    Nice one lads funny enough I always have a problem with my car on the M6 just about opposite Doxey on every occassion must be a magnetiic field radiating that forces me to stop there. It might be safer to visit the reserve from the Town cheers John
