    A walk around Ladywalk this afternoon. Very quiet on the birding front. Two hobbies one juv giving some nice displays, no sign of the crake and a few snipe knocking about was all I saw.

    I read that the Spotted Crake has a broken wing :-C Will it have to be rescued now then? Was down at Ladywalk on Monday, bitten to death yet again. Quite a few snipe about and a reed warbler was showing well, but my highlight was a swimming badger, first time I have seen one go for a dip :t:

    Scaup and male/female Garganey at ladywalk today.The Garganey flew off JUST before i arrived.:-C
