Hello, Larry. Well, yes and no. C Barbets are old friends of mine so when I heard one I looked for it, and what I saw was pure yellow,no streaking but some darker edges to the wings, and it had the red forehead and red neck gorget. I'm pretty sure it was a juvenile, also. I had to runin and...- marie b
