    OK Joe then you have a very good case for Conquest HD 10x42. Over here in the west of Scotland we are fortunate that the local otters are active during the day in the sea and are more governed by the tides than the sun. Good luck with your decision. Lee

    It depends on the habitats you visit and at what time of day. If you rarely visit during twilight I would not bother with a 42 and would only consider a 10x32 which is a format I have found easy to use despite me wearing spectacles. As for the habitats, are there any where longer distance...
