    Unidentified Sphaerophoria (?) This female was photographed near the coast in South west Norway, July 14th. I would say it belongs to the genus Sphaerophoria. Small. I've been looking through both volumes of Nationalnyckeln (the Swedish two volume guide to the Nordic hoverflies). But no luck...

    Norwegian Hoverfly Hi This one is photographed in far southern Norway, August 19th. I have been checking the Swedish "Nationalnyckeln" vols 1 and 2 in search for this hoverfly which I thought would be quite easy. But no. I'm completely stuck. I would be very grateful for some ID-help. Thanks. Leif
