    Is this a water vole?

    Was sat watching a heron at Barnes yesterday when this little chap came out of the undergrowth and sat feeding about ten feet away. He seemed totally tame and stayed feeding for a good half an hour. Have never seen one before but i think it is a watervole.

    Age, sex Redshank, UK
