    Unknown Lark, Malaga, Spain, 11/04/18

    Any help on this lark? The crest is telling me crested lark but are there any telltale id features that I'm missing in this heavily cropped photo? I've never seen crested lark before.

    Redpoll, West Midlands UK 03/04/16

    Ok, let's open a can of worms. Opinions on this redpoll seen on feeders today. Mealy had been reported but nobody (myself included) seemed confident enough to put a label on this chap. Definitely bigger than the lessers that were surrounding it and somewhat paler.
