[edit] Behaviour

They build a nest of a large heap of sticks; 2-3 large white eggs are laid and incubated for 30 days. The chicks feed by plunging their heads deep into the adult’s pouch and taking the partially digested regurgitated fish.

Diet includes fish and amphibians.
