Male 160–200 cm (tail 105–143 cm); female 72–76 cm

Distribution

South-east Asia: found in the Malay Peninsula, Sumatra and Borneo

Habitat

Lowland dipterocarp rain forests.

Behaviour

A confiding species.

Diet

They have a varied diet, consists of insects, fruits and plants.

Vocalisation

They have a far-carrying and repetitive far carrying musical kwow-wow.
