Cettia flavolivacea

A medium sized bush-warbler with short, rounded wings and average tail length, perhaps the most phylloscopus like shape wise in the region.

India and China east to Vietnam and Thailand.

[edit] Taxonomy

Seven subspecies are recognized^[1]:

• C. f. flavolivacea :

• Himalayas of Garhwal to Nepal, Arunachal Pradesh and south-eastern Tibet

• C. f. intricata:

• North-eastern Myanmar to north-western Thailand and south-western China (southern Shanxi, eastern Sichuan)

• C. f. dulcivox:

• Southern China (southern Sichuan to southern Yunnan)

• C. f. stresemanni:

• North-eastern India (Garo and Khasi hills of Assam)

• C. f. weberi:

• Western Myanmar (Chin Hills)

• C. f. alexanderi:

• Extreme north-eastern India (Manipur) and adjacent Myanmar

• C. f. oblita:

• Northern Laos and northern Vietnam

intricata, and oblita should possibly belong with Sunda Bush-Warbler^[2] instead of Aberrant Bush-Warbler, however, that change has so far not been adopted by the major checklists.
