    I heard the attached song in a field central PA. I am new to birding, but I thought is sounded like a northern bobwhite which is rare to our area. The last one reported on bird in this county was 2013. I was looking for confirmation. Thanks

    I'm trying to identify a bird I saw today, March 28. The overall color was a dark gray. It was about 7" long, with a dark cap, dark eyeliner and white eyebrow. The breast was streaked and the throat reminded me of a white throated sparrow, but the color was yellow. I also noticed two wing bars...

    I am new to the forum. I have attached a picture below for ID. The bird was at my feeder. It is starling sized and might be a starling, but the patterns seam all wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
