    Cheers Patrick, I didn't get a shot of it's right leg, but it definitely had a metal ring on its left, so it sounds like the same bird. I guess I'll have to take it off my list then... :(

    Yesterday at Son Real: 3+ Tawny Pipit, 5+ Thekla Lark, 10+ Woodchat, Bee-eater, Cuckoo calling, 2 Tree Pipit, 4+ Audoin's around the coast and 3+ Scopoli's and a Balearic Shearwater offshore. Also had a Turnstone on the rocks, how common are they here? Our last full day so thanks to everyone...

    Had an Egyptian Vulture from our villa in Pollensa this evening, along with other raptors including a Golden Eagle (I seem to remember there's been an escape on the island recently??), 3 Black Vultures, a Red Kite and a Booted Eagle. I've attached a map of the ridge the birds have been flying...

    Had a great morning at Albufera today... From Cibollar 1: Marbled Duck, Collared Pratincole, 8 Little Stint, 49 Spotshanks, Water Pipit, 2 Garganey, hybrid Reef Heron x Little Egret (flew past) & hybrid BH Gull x Med Gull as well as the other usual birds. Sa Roca: Temminck's Stint & Garganey...

    A flock of c. 40 Bee-eaters flew low and east over our villa in the north of Pollensa just now. A great sight and sound! A male Cirl Bunting was also singing from the garden. Mid morning, from the viewpoint overlooking the Torrent de Pareis we watched a group of 16 Black Kites sit on a ridge...

    C'an Cuarrassa this morning: 5+ Spotless Starlings, 2 Whinchats, 3 iberiae Yellow Wagtails, Nightingale etc. Albufereta: 4 Stone Curlews, 2 Purple Herons, 3 Ruff, 1 Redstart, 1 Pied Flycatcher, 1 Purple Swamphen, ST Lark & a Common Starling sat alongside 2 Spotless Starlings. Groups of 3 and...

    Scops Owl and Stone Curlews calling again by the main road in the east of Pollensa this evening. A Barn Owl was also here yesterday. Great White Egret and Great Reed Warbler among the usuals at Albufera this morning. Jonny F
