    Great thanks for that. 1st bird here is a more contrasty version of the photo From your input I would say: 2nd bird could well be a Pale Flycatcher 4th bird is a Crested Skylark 5th bird does seem to match up to Red-shouldered Cuckoo-shrike. Here is a more contrasty view of the same photo:

    I'm so jealous - when I was in NW Argentina, we saw a Red-tailed Comet - close enough for a good shot, but I just couldnt get the bird in focus as it darted about and behind flowers. Yours is a really great shot!!

    A scruffy shot just after the mist cleared early morning, taken from a canopy platform high in the sky. Possibly the smallest bird in Africa.
