Razorbill and mate

Pair of razorbills on clifftop. Mate tucked into crevice, only became noticeable when the other bird drew attention to it.

Note- photograph taken from formal path at Reserve and all efforts taken to avoid disturbance.

thanks folks! believe it or not I didn't take one step away from the path (terrified of heights!!) but the birds are so close that they offer great shots. The rspb put up a sign asking photographers not to hang over the edge and disturb the birds. Can't believe folk would be so irresponsible, or feel that the legit shots they can get somehow aren't good enough. Right, sermon over!!!
