Thanks for the comments.. The very green I had the sun low in the sky over my left shoulder.. Just got lucky.. I only had the camera less than a year.. I am all thumbs.

This is the greenest Green Heron I think I have ever seen.

Superb capture!!! Lovely colors......and that cinnamon at its neck reminds me of the cinnamon bittern I spotted very far away on the other side of canal recently....too blurry to post!
