Where to take a wood pigeon that cant fly?Rehoming? (2 Viewers)

I have a wood pigeon that was found at around 2 weeks old, it is now 3month old and cannot fly it flaps and tries but cant get off the ground. I dont want to release it into the wild as it will fall victim to a predator. Are there any places or people around county durham that could take this bird?
