Is it really this quiet around here? I'm pretty new to birding and was hoping to get some good pointers on best birding areas to visit. Been to Scotsman flash in Wigan, and visit Pennington Flash many many times.
Hope some of you can keep me informed on latest quality places to visit.

For some reason very few recent posts have been put on the Manchester area threads. You could always try - http://www.manchesterbirding.com. The forums on there tend to be used more than those on BF.
