Is apparently non existent!

Cyprus has a notoriously poor air quality for several reasons, here is the one I woke to this morning. People burn everything and it's clearly uncontrolled, this pall of toxic looking smoke, swept down the valley from it's point of origin and out to sea. I've been coughing all morning and the EU seems toothless in enforcing any kind of 'green' measures on Cyprus.
