Some great photos again, but an absolute killer that the boat trip went a wee bit awry. Its hard enough dealing with unpredictable birds, without having to negotiate unpredictable people as well.

Cheers. The majority were taken from land. It was always on the cards that at some point we'd go upriver - it just happened to be that one. They are doing more trips in October and I had been considering booking to see what might be around then, but it is almost a certainty it will be an upriver trip again. Once you've done that once, you're looking at the same stuff (the bridge looks the same, the city looks the same, the V&A looks the same), so no point.
