Moving to SW Turkey (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I am lucky enough to be moving to a village (Okcular) near Dalyan in SW Turkey in a couple of weeks.

Although a novice birder I will be posting my experiences and sightings of birds in the area and the locations.

Whilst on holiday there I have seen, fan-tailed warbler, red backed shrike, short toed eagle, spanish sparrow from the terrace of my house to name a few.

As has been mentioned elsewhere this area is a rich area for birdwatching and I am looking forward to getting about and finding the best areas.

John
