Lake Kerkini National Park - N. Greece (1 Viewer)

Would 5th May be a bit too early for masked shrikes, LG shrikes, rollers, bee-eaters, OT warblers, and Orioles ? Would 2nd June be better ?

Hi Tony

I've just returned from Kerkini and saw at least 2 each of Masked and Lesser Grey Shrikes, hundreds of Bee-eaters, heard one OT Warbler, heard lots of Orioles and saw a few (though didn't try that hard for views).

Rollers hadn't arrived by the time we left (2nd May) but should be arriving any day now if they haven't already (some turned up before the end of April last year).
