Iberian Chiffchaff, Santiago de Compostela? (2 Viewers)

I have a work trip to Santiago de Compostela this May and I’ve realised that this presents me with an opportunity for a lifer in the form of Iberian chiffchaff.
I have very little spare time and no vehicle so I will likely only be able to get to sites within walking distance of town centre.
There is a recording on XenoCanto from selva negra on the outskirts which is promising.
Does anyone have any knowledge of the situation? Alternatively does anyone have any birding contacts in the area who may be able to help?
Cheers,
James

In case anyone is interested in future, I recorded several Iberian CC between (42.8836201, -8.5691151) and (42.8903877, -8.5650246) this week. This is a 10 minute (7 euro) taxi ride or 45 minute uphill hike from Santiago city centre. Iberian green woodpecker and dunnock also in the same area e.g. around (42.8796264, -8.5680082).
I did not find any Chiffchaff at lower altitudes closer to town.
Cheers
James

Hi James
Please don't laugh. We are enthusiastic but beginners. I did a short film of a bird here on the dunes of Playa de la vega. I thought might be an Iberian chiffchaff but it didn't sing. Can you tell from the picture? Or are we completely lost?
Greetings
Eberhard and Vanessa

Hi, as per your thread in the ID section this looks like a Melodious Warbler.

Hi, as per your thread in the ID section this looks like a Melodious Warbler.
Thanks a lot! I'm new here. Sorry. I stumbled over your thread and replied. Then I checked where there is something like an ID section...
In German it is called Orpheusspötter.
So no Iberian chiffchaff. Still cool. Thanks!!
