Hello,

I've heard there are Hawfinch at Clumber Park and people are having quite good views, where are the best sites?

Thanks in advance.

Anna

There was around 25 in Hornbeams by the Estate Office but that was almost a fortnight ago. Not sure if they're still about but that was the last record according to Bird Guides.

They're starting to appear at Cromford now which would be a bit nearer for you.

hi,

just spent a few days at Clumber park, did see a single hawfinch on the 3rd and 4th. both times near the chapel. Also approx.12 crossbill on the 5th and a goldeneye on 3rd.
