Does the fine focus have almost no resistance? I just received mine and am concerned it was damaged in transit. Fine focus works but has little/no resistance.

ish up the magnification and see that it does the job. Ar low power you’ll mainly need the coarse adjust. My 60 has a retry free fine focus. I assume there is no “wiggle” of the focus knobs, which might indicate they’d been bashed.

It is surprisingly light to use. Very little resistance.

Beautiful to use.

I sold all my scopes and bird exclusively with a 50mm MM4. Won't go back now.
