Hi All

There were loads of hoverflies in the garden of this National Trust property.

Second up is what I believe to be a dark version of Eristalis arbustorum (there appears to be great variation as in E. tenax) -
based on virtually no stripe on the face + a dark metatarsus as thick as the tibia.
Can you someone confirm or otherwise please?
