Eastern Bluebird - banded - Indiana (1 Viewer)

I took a pic today of a Eastern Bluebird. It looks like a orange band on his leg. What do you think?

btw- My name is Buck, I'm from NC but I am in central western Indiana mostly right now.

I took the pic with my phone so it's not clear at all. But I did take about 10 shots. You can see the orange on his leg in each pic.

My wife made homemade suet. He loves it.

Hi, first off welcome to the forum. It does look banded to me. If you could get a clear shot with the band information this site has information on where to report it:

I was hoping it was some type of color marker. So as to not have to read numbers on the band. I am aware of colors representing letters. But in this case it's just one color.
