A friend and I had a very high eagle sp near to Kolka this afternoon. We think Lesser spotted but would like confirmation as the bowed wing shape seems concerning. These are Robs pics posted with his permission

Looks like Lesser Spotted to me, the bowed wings looks like it's just stalling in the wind?
